Hi, My experience with products are great, delivery is great but just for sake i tried simpl emi method and it seems scam . it clearly states that amout will be paid in 3 month emi , i paid first installment wtih order on 24th sep and rest 2 were left for oct and nov. so i got msg to pay oct emi between 16-18 . I paid on time but they put third installment on 16oct as well and put late fee on oct 20 for rs 177. I tried their simp app chat couple of times and no one responds . So, Money is not an issue but the way they are conducting business by promising something and doing something else . Thats not a fair practice. and they should be banned from such pretigeous BRAND. I will see what i need to do from my end .

Racket is good but the stringing was very bad and almost broken.Also the delivery service was extremely terrible. I received my racket 13 days after ordering even with studio express. The delivery agency was not making any efforts to deliver and in the end i myself had to go and collect my racket from the storage.
