Claim and Dispute Policy

We take great care in processing and delivering your orders. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help, provided it is reported in a timely and documented manner.

To ensure a smooth resolution, any claims related to:

  • Damaged items
  • Missing products
  • Product mismatches (incorrect item received)
  • Shortages (items missing from the delivery)

All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via our Contact Us page.

What You’ll Need to Submit
To help us verify and resolve your claim swiftly, please include the following in your submission:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Supporting photos (if applicable)
  • A mandatory unboxing video that shows:
          The unopened package
          The entire unboxing process
          Clear evidence of the issue (e.g. damage, missing item, etc.)

Please note:

  • Claims submitted after 24 hours from delivery will not be accepted.
  • Claims without a valid unboxing video may also be declined.

Legal Jurisdiction:
All disputes related to orders placed on our website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka, India.
